💆🏻‍♀️ Rest is a period of time when you don’t do much. It’s important in the early stages of healing (first 24-48 hours) and with certain injuries

🏋️‍♀️ Rehab is the process of getting back to activity or normal life following injury or surgery. Rehab often involves modifying activity, load, volume and frequency. A comprehensive and structured rehab programme will include targeted exercises to help you get back to activity 🤸🏻‍♀️

Don’t fear movement 😎 Complete rest often isn’t sufficient on its own. Active recovery and personalised rehab will help with a much faster recovery 🪄
